SPECIAL REPORT: Students sound off ideas for returning to school
On a Zoom call, one month away from the scheduled start of school, a group of students discussed the ideas presented at the recent CUSD governing board study session regarding how to handle returning to school under COVID-19 conditions.
Within the call there was a total of nine students: freshmen Elizabeth Hale, juniors Bridget Hale, Clare Hale, Brooke Martin, and Sammy Cristerna, seniors Solace Zobel, Hannah Nguyen, and the moderators junior Lindsey Harrison and senior Nadine Loureiro.
