Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 2 review

Fortnite+Chapter+2+Season+2+review

If you’re looking for a game that is unique and stands out from the crowd, then the new season in Fortnite Chapter 2 is not the game for you.

Epic Games’ top game used to attract players from all over the world and it dominated the competition for about six months.

Fortnite Chapter 2 is still the same 100 player battle royale that we all know and somewhat dislike. Although the playstyle is still the same, there are new and useless skins for you to buy.

These skins add nothing to the gameplay. They exist for the sole purpose of getting you known in-game and to make Epic Games the money they need to keep a free game up and running.

However, skins are not the only thing the developers added to this very “original” game. There are new weapons to keep the game interesting. The weapons do enhance the game, just not to the point where it is fun or impressive.

Season two’s theme is all about undercover spies. As predicted, they added small features that slightly enhanced the game.

One such feature is a port-a-potty that transports you to a different location nearby. Sometimes, however, these free transportation methods lead you to some computer-controlled enemies.

Earlier this year, Epic Games launched the first season of Fortnite Chapter 2. Compared to its predecessor, it includes a new map, a speed boat, and a fishing option. That’s it.

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 2 doesn’t hold much value. If you’re confused as to why developers decided to shut down the original Fortnite and retitle practically the same game, then you’re not alone.

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 2 doesn’t hold much value.

About one year ago, I downloaded the original Fortnite game. I played for about a week before I got bored and I lost interest very quickly. The chance for a new player to win against 99 other people who have probably played the game was very low. The chance still isn’t very good in the new chapter either.

Playing the game alone is just as fun as playing with friends. In other words, it’s not very fun at all. Even though you interact with each other and talk with one another, it’s hard to stay together while both of you are trying to find items.

When you try to find items without your partner, you might find another team that is ready for a fight. The downside to this is that you are now in a two versus one fight. Unless you have months of practice and perfection, you stand no chance.

After about four games into playing the new season, I was able to achieve my very first “Victory Royale.” I had successfully survived until the end and won against the “best” players in the match. I was quite surprised myself. I didn’t even use the build option that entire game.

Granted, I played most of the game trying to stay away from people and hiding in various locations, but I won nonetheless. After playing about 10 more games, I was not as lucky as I was during the fourth game.

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 2 doesn’t hold much value. It’s always the same game no matter which season comes out. I would not recommend playing the game if you have already played it before.
