Family has a large effect on us whether we realize it or not. Some people get little mannerisms and others get pushed to be better academically, but for the girls and boys golf teams it was playing golf. Multiple athletes and coaches reported that they started playing because someone in their family introduced them to the sport. The person pushing them to play might be different, but in one way or another family has pushed all of them to start playing.
