Making it to Nationals

Perry Deca focuses on teaching lifestyle skills that prepares students for years to come. In April 2016, the club won  46 awards in the national competition.

Most students complain about how classes in high school don’t prepare them for the real world. But, when it comes to Marketing, students receive a taste of the real world.

Deca being the largest club on campus show off their pre- business skills by managing a school store. It is a very competitive club to be in, being on top of the food chain is a huge accomplishment.

Senior Natalie Eberhard has been in deca the past two years and is very dedicated to the club itself.

“It’s been a great experience, I’ve learned a lot of life skills, how to work with people, and better myself as a person.”

Eberhard continues on on how the club is recommended to all students. Competing in nationals is such a high honor to be able to attend and Perry has worked extremely hard to achieve unimaginable goals.

The students who attended include Natalie Eberhard, Deven Fulton, Kane Hudson, Emily Jacques, Brittany Karlik, Luis Para, Briana Parisian, Quinn Schoenberger, Mitch Woodhurst and Jake Worrell.3
