On Aug. 8 the Infinite Campus portal crashed making it so that students and teachers could not access grades. Administration was able to fix the problem by roughly 10 a.m. this morning.
Prior to its fix, assistant principal Joe Greene said “I don’t know what’s going on with Infinite Campus, all I know is that there’s a CSR (a report to CUSD) to fix it.”
The student portal should have no issues, but Greene said that the teacher’s grade book might still experience problems throughout the day. “Like most cases, (CUSD) usually gets it fixed in about one day,” he said.
