In N Out and Five Guys are both burger joints idolized by Americans around the world for their delicious fast food and welcoming and fun atmosphere. Both of these places have high ratings, but seriously… which one is better? Although being incredibly underrated by the media, Five Guys is the better restaurant if you are hungry for a delicious burger and lasting memories.

Five Guys is a better burger joint for the taste, variety in menu options, friendly and helpful staff, as well as the warm and welcoming atmosphere which encourages customers to be laid-back and carefree. 

According to Google Reviews, Five Guys is known for “Really good burgers, fast and efficient service, and a clean restaurant!” 

Upon coming to five Guys burgers, you are hit by the scent on burgers and you can see the burger being made right in front of you. The friendly and casual staff greet you and all over the walls are pictures of the ratings from food critics so you know that you can trust the fact you’ll be served good food. There are also children’s hand drawn pictures on the walls and peanut shells on the ground because you are free to eat lots of peanuts messily. They even let you know where the ingredients are from so you know you are getting real, quality food. The service at Five Guys is speedy, despite the huge line and the burgers taste juicy and amazing the fries are crispy and taste so good. 

In N Out is not as good as Five Guys and overrated by the media. The atmosphere in In N Out is not as fun or laid back as five guys and although the burgers at In N Out are fluffy and beautiful, the fries are not as good as Five Guys. In N Out does not have much variety in their menu, it is pretty straightforward and there is not much excitement. According to an east coaster who posted this review on google,  “I have read & heard all the positive hype about this west coast burger chain. I recently had the displeasure of eating at this chain for the 1st time… from now on five guys will be my only burger and fries chain, they are the best.” 

If you are looking for a great place to eat, I recommend  five guys over In N Out for anyone that wants the true burger experience of good food and good memories to share for a lifetime.
