Tatyana Garcia, Features Editor
Tatyana has been part of the Precedent staff for two years. Now in her Senior year, she is the Features editor, as well as the President of PHS’ TV club. Garcia is an aspiring journalist who dreams of going to The Big Apple and pursuing a career in news broadcasting.
