Boy’s Tennis Proving Strong
The season began strong and is looking to end strong as well. The boys have not stepped off the gas. “We had a solid season, especially considering our opponents throughout the season,” said Angela Gardner. The season’s solidity could be improved greatly if the team conditioned more, went through more strength training, and entered more US7A tournaments during the off season adds Gardner. Their biggest competitions were against Corona del Sol 0-9, Hamilton 1-8, and Red Mountain 0-9. The boys have showed unkempt ferocity on the court, never letting losses drown out their confidence or dull their intensity. The team was lead on by Gardner’s leaders Austin Stradling and Samuel Lin.
Though the season was not as easy as many would have hoped, the boy’s have kept up an unquenchable fight for their game.
The Puma’s have clawed their way through an outstanding season and have left a mark in their books.
