After a shaky launch, Cyberpunk 2077 has finally been released. The highly anticipated game has been in the works for eight years and has had multiple development delays. Although the game has gotten a bad wrap for having these delays and horrendous graphics, Cyberpunk 2077 is still a great game because of the story and concept.

Cyberpunk 2077 takes place in Night City, a “megalopolis” in the distant future. In this city, people are cybernetically enhanced and are always looking for better upgrades.

This open-world game puts you into the perspective of V. V is a “mercenary outlaw” who is attempting to go after a one of a kind cybernetic part. This part grants the user immortality. This enhancement chip is being hunted by everyone from mercenaries to massive corporations.

Throughout the story, you get to do a variety of fun and highly interactive quests. You have the chance to take down other mercenaries and gangs with your upgradable weapons. By doing so, you can access higher tier jobs.

Not only that, but you can access side jobs or side quests. These jobs can leave you with stacks of cash. The money system allows the player to buy weapons, cybernetic parts, clothing, or futuristic vehicles.

The entire story can change based on the decisions you make along the way. There are around 30 hours of gameplay to be explored and enjoyed, so you will not run out of enjoyment from this $60 game.

During the first few weeks following Cyberpunk 2077’s release, people have criticized the game for having poor graphics on their consoles and computers. Many have even demanded refunds after playing a significant amount of the game.

Cyberpunk 2077 has some of the most complex graphics in any game ever made. The game simply cannot run its best on older consoles and graphics cards.

However, even if you cannot run the game at its best graphics, you can still enjoy the story that comes with it. The story is entirely unique while also feeling like another story in the GTA franchise.

There is another complaint that there are bugs and glitches with the game right after its initial release. Most games are going to have some bugs after being released to the public. However, over time the developers are dedicated to fixing the bugs and making a better game to play for everyone.

Cyberpunk 2077 is a great game even if you can only run it on lower graphics. Bugs, glitches and all, Cyberpunk 2077 has redeemed its long setbacks and has met its expectations. If you are looking for an open world storyline game, this is the game for you.
