Everyone appreciates art in some form, whether it is is music or fashion. This season, the newest trend is not a little black dress, rather something that may require you to get the next size up.
Cupcakes are all the hype in the culinary industry, and in everyone’s tummy. A fairly new bakery – Designer Cakes By April – is nearly flawless with its adorable decor and wide variety of cupcakes with the perfect amount of sweets.
Located at San Tan Village Marketplace, this bakery opened in 2010 by April Geoff.
The top selling cupcakes all look absolutely mouth watering with spongy cakes and a unique twist on classic frostings. An example is the turtle cupcake: chocolate cupcake with chocolate chips and caramel baked with half cocoa – half caramel frosting, dipped in chocolate chips and pecans, all drizzled with more caramel.
Although the chocolate peanut butter cupcake is the most filling, I would not mind having for dessert every night.
“Its the only one that a customer has cried cause we’ve been out of it,” Geoff jokes “literal tears.”
Whether you want cupcakes for your birthday or are just looking for a good treat, your taste buds will love you for taking them to Designer Cakes By April.
