Happiest time of year is traumatic for those who battle mental illnesses
Many afflicted with mental illnesses find their symptoms growing in magnitude during the winter season. While some of the population is concerned with finding the perfect holiday gifts, another part is worrying about waking up the next morning and braving the day.
The season of finals is also upon students; severely affecting those with mild mental illnesses. Whether students suffer from depression, anxiety, or OCD, there are resources that may ease their pain.
