At the Dec. 18 Chandler Governing Board meeting, superintendent Camille Casteel announced that three of the district’s four high schools were holding last-minute tax credit donation drives on New Year’s Eve.

Principal Dan Serrano and his staff were serving hamburgers and hot dogs to individuals who donated a tax credit from 10-1 p.m.

In other CUSD news, the Governing Board approved additional funding for a new competition pool at Chandler High School in the amount of $50,154. The renovations began last semester.
