Monday: Lady Liberty- American Gear

Fourth of July comes early with this spirit day! Show off your love for America, and do not hold back on the red, white, and blue.

Tuesday: Superhero Day

Whether you are team Marvel or team DC, this is the perfect day to embody your favorite superhero. Go all out in a full cape and mask, or simply sport the logo of a hero you love.

Wednesday: Stocks vs. Jocks

This Wednesday definitely ranks high as one of the most inventive spirit days of the year. Pick a side: are you an athlete or an intellectual? You have the option to wear workout gear, or dress business casual.

Thursday: Street Style

Imagine you are walking down a road in New York; what do you see? ‘Street style’ refers to the many different people that inhabit the streets of the Big Apple. You have the option to dress like a street performer, kick it back in grunge, or wear a city chic style. The possibilities are endless when it comes to this spirit day. Trench coats, denim, funky hats; whatever NYC means to you.

Friday: Big City Blackout

Do not be that one speck of color in the sea of black; dress in any style of black clothing you own! Show your spirit at the prom assembly, and join the ‘Big City Blackout.’

Spirit week is a time dedicated to being goofy and having fun! Make the effort to dress up, otherwise, the hall will just look bland when it could hold a colorful jumble of inventive outfits. Remember, you are never ‘too cool.’
